展馆安全、消防管理

Safety and Fire-Prevention

1.各参展商应指定本展位展会期间的消防安全责任人；该负责人应由企业现场主管领导担任，负责协助展会做好消防安全工作。 

Exhibitor should notify one person as the charge of the safety and fire-prevention to maintain its good order and safety.

2.各参展商应认真贯彻落实《消防法》有关防火管理规定，提高防火意识，加强检查、管理，消灭事故隐患。 

Fire-prevention Laws of P.R. China as well as safety requirements of the exhibiton, which shall be strictly abide by all exhibitors.

3.展区内全面禁烟，凡在摊位、走廊、通道、楼（电）梯、卫生间等场所吸烟者，视情节从重处理。

Except for specified places, smoking shall be forbidden in the exhibition areas such as exhibition halls, lounges, dining areas, cafe, toilets, meeting rooms and so forth.

4.保持消防通道畅通 

The fire-prevention aisles shall be accessible under any circumstances.

- 严禁将展品悬挂在消防、配电、空调设施或天花上，违者，展馆有权要求违规者无条件立即整改；造成设施损坏或引致严重后果的，除照价赔偿外，还将追究相关法律责任。 

Exhibitors are responsible for the cost of making well or replacing and damage to the exhibition premises, also for any damage to the floor covering, light fittings and any other fire equipments. The cost of repairing and replacing for any damages will be assessed by the Official Constructor and charged to the Exhibitor concerned.

- 严禁在摊位外摆放展品，更不得堵塞通道、疏散出入口、电梯门、电箱以及通向消防设施的过道及遮挡监控镜头；违者，展馆有权要求参展企业将物品移开，由此而引起的 一切风险和费用，由该企业承担。

The exhibitor shall not pile up any exhibits and constructional materials at the hall entrances or aisles during period of stand construction.

- 展会通道不得少于3米，消防栓正面1米和灭火器周边1.5米范围内不能摆放任何物品；严禁围拦、占用消防栓位置；严禁损坏和挪用消防器材。

The aisles of the hall should be min 3m. Any goods will not be allowed in 1m from fire hydrant and 1.5m from extinguisher. Any fire equipments should not be damaged by anyone.

5.现场施工人员必须戴安全帽及有效证件才能进场施工。

The workers on the construction site shall only be allowed to enter the exhibition hall before starting to work with a valid badge and their safety helmets.

6.施工现场禁止使用木梯。

Wooden ladders will be strictly forbidden on the construction site.

7.搭建物必须建在展会主承建商所划定的范围以内，其垂直投影不得超出划线范围。展位搭建高度：单层限高4.5米，双层限高6米。

Maximum height for one-storey stand and two-storey stand shall be 4.5 meters and 6 meters.

8.所有展位装修不能以任何形式封顶，不得以任何形式遮挡、阻拦展馆的消防器材。

No capping to the stand will be allowed during stand construction. Any fire equipments should not be interrupted.

9.所有特装展位必须按照每展位不少于1套的标准，自行配备4kg手提式干粉灭火器。

Every booth should be equipped one 4-kilogram powder fire extinguisher at least.

10.不得在展厅人行通道、楼梯路口、电梯门前、消防设施点、空调机回风口等地段随意乱摆、乱挂、乱钉各类展品、宣传品或其它标志。

Any advertisement materails and exhibitis will be forbidden at the hall entrances or aisles, elevator, air conditioner and fire equipments.

11.所有装修和装饰材料均采用不燃或难燃材料。展馆内不得使用未经阻燃处理的草藤、纸、树皮、泡沫、芦苇、竹子、可燃塑料板、可燃地毯、布料和木板等物品作装修和装饰用料。

All booths design and setting-up materials should be flame resistant material. Fire resistive coating is required for wood structure booth. The flammable bandage and elastic cloth are not allowed to use in booth.

12.装修使用木质材料的应按平方米0.5公斤防火漆进行阻燃处理；用布质材料装饰和封顶的，布与布之间需留有20公分间隔，并按每5m2/公斤喷涂阻燃剂（尼龙布、网孔布按8m2/公斤）。

Fire resistive coating is required for wood structure booth with the fire regulations.

13.安装在两米以下且单件玻璃面积超过3m2，或者在两米以上位置安装的不论面积大小，一律要使用钢化玻璃；

Toughened glass should be required if above 2m or 3 squre meters.

14.特装展位自装的用电设备，必须安装漏电保护开关及空气断路器, 自带电箱必须与所申请用量用相匹配。

Custom-built Booth shall be equipped with appropriate and reliable protection switches and be free from any hidden breakdowns. Distribution box should match with the applicated electric apply.

电箱安放标准：Distribution Box Installing

A.具备挂墙条件时一定要挂上墙，高度统一离地面30公分，线路整齐接入电箱；

Distribution box should be put on the booth wall and 30cm above the ground and wires should be regular in the box.

B.不具备挂墙条件时，必须制作规格为30cm*30cm*20cm的木箱承垫，整齐紧贴展位结构；

Distribution box will be allowed on one wood box (30cm*30cm*20cm) and flattened against the booth.

C.电缆长度必须适当，接入电箱处不得出现2圈以上的盘绕情况。

Electric cable should be right to use and not allowed above 2 circles.

15.电路设计单相回路不得超过2000W，若超过2000W应采用三相电源设计，平衡分配用电负荷。

Each single-phase circuit requires no more than 2000W; otherwise three-phase power should be introduced.

16.各电气回路应设有专用的保护接地，展位灯具及用电设备有可能接触漏电的金属保护管和金属构件，必须做   有效的跨接，并设有安全接地。

Electric circuit shall be equipped with the correct protective grounding.

17.禁止在展馆内、展位上使用星星灯、彩灯、霓虹灯、小太阳灯 （碘钨灯）及 500W以上大功率灯具。（除作舞台演出用途的舞台灯光可使用超过500W 功率外）

Above 500W lights will not be allowed in the booth except in the stage show.

19.特装展位的筒灯、石英灯、日光灯等灯具镇流器，应有中华人民共和国国家强制产品3C认证。展位内的广告灯箱，必须做好对流散热孔对流散热，分体式镇流器不得安装在广告灯箱内，必须安装在灯箱外并做好隔热处理。

Any electric advertisement materials should meet the requirements of the State.

20.展位背板必须作美化装饰处理，维护展厅整体美观。 

The booth’s back and side should be subject to interior-exterior surface decoration with no advertisement painted on the exterior surface.

21.包装材料要及时清出馆外：为保障消防安全，各参展企业使用的展品包装箱，包装填充物等杂物，必须及时清理出馆，严禁将其存放在摊位内、柜顶、板壁的背面或其它隐蔽的地方。

Exhibitors are responsible for removing their own building waste. The aisles of the hall must not be obstructed with packing and construction materials or debris.

22.认真做好闭馆前的清场工作，确保闭馆期间安全，清除易燃杂物、火种及其它火灾隐患，关闭展位电源。

Please keep the cleaning of the booth at the end of each day and should make sure switch off your booth electricit.
